Kaori: my home, my heart

"Kaori: my home my heart" is a collection of traditional Japanese songs inspired by Hiroshi Oga, Japanese opera legend and former Director General of the Japan Opera Foundation. Oga-san loved this music and asked me to bring it to life for the rest of the world. Included in this recording are three songs by Japan's legendary composer Akira Ifukube. All recordings were made at Nichols Hall in Evanston, Illinois.
